Abstract

Insect pests associated with some of the fuelwood and multipurpose tree species in the Chitwan District and some other places of Nepal were investigated during 1989. The tree species included Acacia auriculiformis, A. catechu, Paraserianthes spp., Dalbergia sissoo, Leucaena spp., and Melia azedarach. This report presents brief descriptions of the various insect pests that were found on these plant species.
