Abstract

Experiments on the effect of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) fertilizers on the early growth of Acacia mangium, Eucalyptus camaldulensis and Paraserianthes falcataria were carried out on Durian series (Plinthoxic Tropudult) soil in Kemasul, Pahang, Peninsular Malaysia. P significantly influenced the height growth of the three species, but N in general had no significant effect.
