Abstract

Influences of altitudinal source and hormonal treatments on rooting response of Boehmeria rugulosa and Debregeasia salicifolia were studied. It was observed that high altitude (1760 m a.s.l.) enhanced significantly the root-shoot attributes of branch cuttings of both the species compared to low altitude (560 m a.s.l.).
